PAYMENT:

We currently accept Certified Bank Draft, Bank Wire, Email Money Transfer and Cash. In the near future we plan to expand our payment methods which will include Visa, MasterCard, Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Please note that your order will ship after the funds have been cleared and verified by our bank/credit card company (if applicable). Orders are generally cleared and shipped within 5 business days, sometimes as quick as 24 hours. For security reasons and fraud prevention we only ship to the address on file with your bank/credit card company.

SHIPPING-LOCAL PICKUP & DROP OFF:

We offer insured shipping with signature requirement thru FedEx across Canada & USA, please contact us if you’d like a quote for shipping to a different country. For security reasons and fraud prevention we ship to the address on file with your bank/credit card company. If you’d like your order shipped elsewhere please contact your credit card company and add a secondary recipient address to your file.

Local pick-up is available, we can meet at the Watchmakers in downtown Vancouver and arrange authentication at the same time. We offer a local drop off service to your home, your hotel, or even the airport if you’re just flying in to pick up your watch.
